Notes for All Residents
Lawn/Yard/Tree clippings are picked up on Fridays and are to be bagged in large bags, stacked in barrels, or tied in 4-foot bundles. Palm Fronds need not be bundled.
Recycling is picked up on Fridays. Recycling consists of bottles, jars, plastic, newspapers, and magazines which should be placed in the blue bins provided by Lee County.
Trash is picked up on Fridays and includes bulky items, such as sofas, chairs, mattresses, etc. For items such as electronics or large appliances, schedule pick-up by calling 239-368-2300.
There is a small boat ramp at the causeway which can be used for all residents of River Forest. The deed to this small parcel, that is not part of the clubhouse property, ensures ramp-usage for residents but the associated dock is in poor repair and has been posted "NO TRESPASSING".
A WiFi system is installed at the clubhouse and encompasses the entire community. This provides wireless DSL internet access to all residents within River Forest.
